Composite Team
Our Team Sports Composite Sessions specializes in green screen composite in studio photography. Here is how it works. Coaches will appoint a parent or assistant to participate in the brief design prior to the team session. Something Blue has a library of digital backdrops to select from or we can build a custom look for you.. Athletes are photographed individually, in studio, in front of white backdrop in a variety of poses that fits the sports athletic moves. Typically this session takes about 8-10 minutes per athlete. This allows us to have a variety of different images to choose from each person on the team. Then, in an intensive post production design process, we create a composite image of all players upon an agreed digital background. We can have the design dialed in within about 10 days. The result: posters, banners and memorabilia that are on the leading edge of sports photography trends.
Bring your team into our studio for an unparalleled team building experience. We have ample parking and flexible schedule to accommodate your team practices and games. If on location will be a better fit for your team, we will bring all gear necessary for an additional $350 fee.
Cost - $50 per athlete for a TEAM image. Each person receives a 18x12 poster. All players must be photographed on the same day.
Senior Banners
Our High School Senior Banners are created in our studio. Something Blue has a library of digital backdrops to select from or we can build a custom look for you. Athletes are photographed individually, at the studio, on a white backdrop in a variety of poses that fits the sports athletic moves. This allows us to have a several different images to choose from. Then, during an intensive post production design process, we create a composite image of your athlete upon an agreed digital background. We can have the design dialed in within a couple of days.
The result: a truly unique banner that is on the leading edge of sports photography trends. This high definition banner is stunningly vibrant with vivid contrast and highest pixel density. It is printed on 13 oz premium vinyl scrim with grommets for easy installation.
Bring your seniors into our studio for an unparalleled senior experience. We have ample parking and flexible schedule to accommodate your team practices and games. After collaborating with the coach or appointed person for the project we will put together a session sign up. These sessions are about 10 minutes and since we tether the images to a laptop you will be able to select your favorite image right away. Senior banners vary in sizes and designs. These are all determined before the photoshoot. It takes about 10 days to deliver finished banners. We do the initial installation, whether that is in your gym or on the fence. Media Day
Ahhh, such a buzzword…… Media Day Sessions are truly as FUN as they look and promise to be an exciting experience for everyone involved. Depending on the specific sport you are playing, we are fully prepared to create stunning images, whether indoors or outdoors. We have all the professional gear needed to elevate your team image to the next level. These on location, one hour sessions tend to be most successful when the coach thoughtfully plans out which groupings will work best for the photographs (but don’t worry, we have plenty of creative posing ideas to inspire you). Typically, these captivating images are used for generating social media hype in friendly rivalry against your strongest competitors. Every image we create will be easily downloadable, so all parents and athletes can enjoy them and share the memorable moments captured during the day.
The price can vary depending on the size of your team. We charge $50 per athlete if your team is around 12 people. If a team needs more than 1 hour we can give you a quote. All images created during the agreed time are yours to enjoy.
Traditional Sports Photography

Action Shots
ACTION SHOTS are an exciting way to showcase your individual athlete during games, meets, and tournaments. We have found it to be incredibly successful to focus only on one athlete at a time. Depending on the specific sport and our availability to effectively cover your athlete's unique skill set, our prices may vary. For instance, we will typically cover 3 or 4 innings at a baseball or softball game to highlight their impressive achievements. This approach allows us to create a small yet meaningful library of images that you can reflect on and cherish for years to come.
This service has become a popular choice for coaches who wish to gift their players personalized “action shot” coverage. Over the years, we have discovered that when young athletes can see themselves captured in motion, it provides them with valuable insights into how their bodies are working.
