The studio reserves the right to use negatives and digital files/or reproductions for display, publication or other purposes. Negatives and digital files remain the exclusive property of this studio.

NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT: It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without Photographer's permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.

Pursuant to Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(2), Something Blue Photography's Designated Agent for receipt of any claims of copyright infringement is Denyce Weiler, Owner, who may be contacted using any method below. Notice of any claimed infringing materials must comply with applicable law.

 ORDERING POLICIES

  • Images are shown in studio with an appointment about 10 days after your session.

  • All decision makers must be present at ordering appointment.

  • If an additional ordering appointment is needed, the fee is $100.

  • Full payment is due upon ordering.

  • All ordered images remain on file for one year.

  • Images not ordered are purged each fiscal quarter.

  • Please allow 2 to 4 weeks from time of ordering for delivery of product.

  • Cancellations are not permitted once design work begins or files are sent to production.

  • Due to the custom nature of our work, no refunds or exchanges are permitted.

  • All images and design are protected by federal copyright. Violations will be pursued to the highest degree.

  • We take Visa, Mastercard, checks or cash. Payment plans are available.
